I've seen my cpu temp go up to 120c in controlcenter but it stays consistently between 50-60c in the others. If you're at that at idle then I'd be concerned, but generally GPUs run pretty hot in demanding games, and 75C is not really worth being concerned about. Better yet, the thing is overclocked. If OP is really worried about it, he can reapply the thermal paste, swap out the stock cooler and add more fans to the case.

It's not a loud system, but I think a CPU fan with heatstink is quieter than a pump with rad. I wouldn't say it's "good", but you're within the safe temps. Not experienced with the R9 380 but the word around the web is that AMD GPU temps are perfectly safe till ~85c where it starts throttling.
