It's been loading something. Since the installed programs cannot be accessed you will have to reinstall all your programs. I have given this reply as i had the problem and solved thro this command. The system restore will automatically start. this contact form

then I read "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\explorer\Run-kernel32.dll with an image path of c:\Windows\system32\", went into the registry and found it and voila!
