Hopefully this has solved the bulk of your problems. i need to run the safe mode.. Re-download the installation files from their sites and make sure that these sites are not known malware. Here is what U can do, temporarily before removing REGSVR.EXE. No, create an account now. everything works fine its just that i cant open task manager, msconfig, and regedit. Do not confuse them.
