Immediately it worked! With all other options suggested here checked, a simple batch file would not work via scheduled task. I've set the task to run as the Administrator user and verified the permissions for that user. THEN, go the folder with the batch file (mine is simply called batch) and ADD the administrator permissions to full for the folder and each of the batch files. This is happening on two separate machines running on the same network. Is this the case?
