The computer can boot up to the log-in screen and then when I hit "ctrl alt del" to log in, the keyboard does not respond. From there, it takes about 5 minutes to load, but eventually I see a bunch of options: startup repair, system restore, system image recovery, windows memory diagnostic, command prompt, recovery management. The test result and time remaining are shown on the screen. I was unable to fix it so I had to hit alt+F10 during bootup so I could reset my computer.
